Continue Building Project 0 and add FavIcon

This took me forever to do until I finally generated t he full package. I genuinely struggled with this assignment to the point of tears. I thought I was doing all the right steps and watching Rios video over and over again. But hey its a learning process and I kept mine super simple but its still super hard to read. What I did was a black background with whit writing as big as I can make it that read CIT 82. I also easily made the menu accessible from any page. My one thing I need to figure out is how to remove drop down menu that is included in the bootstrap and usually it pops up with a media tag in the html. So I have quite the night ahead of me to find one itty bitty piece of code but I am super determined to find it!
